Our pricing is based on a calculated hourly rate of at least €33 net per hour, in line with the framework collective agreement for commercial cleaning (Rahmentarifvertrag). Real fixed monthly rates for Hamburg tech companies: a 150 m² startup cleaned twice a week comes to €479.11 net per month, a 300 m² office cleaned twice a week to €630.53 net per month, and a 500 m² SaaS office cleaned three times a week to €1,136.78 net per month.
More space or a different frequency? If your team grows after a funding round or you lease another floor, we simply adjust your contract at the start of the next month — full flexibility, no minimum term.
