At Ruiz, office cleaning means routine janitorial cleaning of your office space by a dedicated team of our own permanent employees — based on a scope of work (Leistungsverzeichnis) we define together with you. You decide what gets cleaned and how often; we document every visit digitally. No guesswork, no rotating strangers, no fine print.

Pricing & calculation
Your office cleaning costs a fixed monthly rate determined solely by floor area and the number of cleanings per week: the base price applies up to 150 m², and above that the price rises in linear 25 m² increments. No hidden line items, no extra charges, no fine print.
The fixed rate includes collectively agreed wages (Tariflohn) and social security contributions for your dedicated team, cleaning products and equipment, travel, cover for sick leave and vacation, digital logs, and business liability insurance up to €5 million.
The monthly rate is based on a calculated hourly rate of at least €33 net, in line with the framework collective agreement (Rahmentarifvertrag) for the commercial cleaning trade. To be honest: if all you want is the cheapest provider, we’re not the right choice — significantly cheaper offers only add up at the expense of the people who do the work.
