Our starting price is €361.96 net per month (plus 19% VAT). This rate applies to offices of up to 150 m² cleaned once a week (1×/week). It fully covers all Dr. Schnell cleaning products, equipment, travel, and business liability insurance up to €5 million.

A fixed monthly rate gives you complete budget certainty. You know exactly, down to the cent, what you’ll be billed at the end of the month. There are no nasty surprises from padded timesheets or slow work. If our team needs extra time one day to do a thorough job, you don’t pay a cent more.

We have no 12- or 24-month minimum term and no automatic renewals that lock you in. You can cancel the contract effective at the end of any month — as long as your notice reaches us by the 15th — or adjust the cleaning frequency. We keep clients through quality, not fine print.

Because €33 net per hour is the minimum benchmark rate under the collective agreement for working legally, fairly, and to a high standard in Hamburg. As of January 2026, the generally binding collectively agreed wage in commercial cleaning (wage group 1) is €15.00 gross per hour. Add 25% in non-wage labor costs (vacation, public holidays, sick pay, statutory accident insurance), and labor costs alone come to €18.75 per hour. Factor in eco-friendly cleaning products, Numatic equipment, vehicles, site management, and risk, and you arrive at no less than €33 net per hour.

No, never. We work exclusively with more than 20 permanent employees of our own. Every cleaner has been vetted with a police clearance certificate (Führungszeugnis), is a regular employee with full social insurance coverage, and has signed a strict confidentiality agreement (NDA).

Cover usually comes from our own team: if your regular cleaner is out on vacation or sick, another permanent employee from the same team who knows your scope of work steps in. Public holidays and vacation entitlements are already built into the fixed monthly rate (12 equal monthly installments).

Yes, all of it. We bring all the Dr. Schnell eco concentrates, color-coded microfiber cloths, and Numatic HEPA vacuums the job requires. On request, we also source consumables (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) and bill them transparently at cost.

Interior glass doors and glass partitions can be a regular part of the scope of work. Full inside-and-out cleaning of the facade windows is usually scheduled 2–4 times a year as a separate service with its own fixed price, using chemical-free purified water (reverse osmosis).
