About the series
A podcast about the numbers behind cleaning
Each episode breaks down one topic that affects clients and cleaning staff alike — and that otherwise gets lost behind flat-rate prices.
Who you’ll hear. Two hosts in conversation. The series is published by Ruiz Büroreinigung Hamburg, a company with more than 20 permanent employees from 11 countries and no subcontractors. The episodes cover wages, the law, and pricing in commercial cleaning.
Why the series exists. Cleaning is almost always sold on price and almost never on the math behind it. “Sauber kalkuliert” shows that math: the collectively agreed wage, non-wage labor costs, working hours, and liability. What the series is not: an advertising format. You won’t hear any sales offers or discount promotions, and no client is named without written permission. If you’d like a quote after listening, you’ll find the next steps at the bottom of this page.
