Who you’ll hear. Jonathan Ruiz, owner of Ruiz Büroreinigung Hamburg, in conversation with our editorial team. He runs a company with more than 20 permanent employees from 11 countries and no subcontractors — and on the podcast, he talks about wages, the law, and pricing exactly as he does in-house.
Why the series exists. Cleaning is almost always sold on price and almost never on the math behind it. “Sauber kalkuliert” shows that math: the collectively agreed wage, non-wage labor costs, working hours, and liability. What the series is not: an advertising format. You won’t hear any sales offers or discount promotions, and no client is named without written permission.
