Your janitorial cleaning comes at a fixed monthly rate, calculated solely from your floor space and the number of cleanings per week. Up to 150 m², we charge the base price; above that, the rate rises evenly in 25 m² increments. No variable hours, no surcharges, no hidden costs.
The monthly rate covers everything: collectively agreed wages (Tariflohn) and social security contributions for your dedicated team, professional cleaning products from Dr. Schnell, commercial-grade equipment, travel, vacation and sick-leave cover, digital logs, and business liability insurance up to €5 million.
Our calculation is based on a calculated hourly rate of at least €33 net per hour, in line with the framework collective agreement for commercial cleaning (Rahmentarifvertrag). We don’t offer rock-bottom prices at our employees’ expense — fair wages and hardly any staff turnover keep the quality in your offices consistently high.

Small offices of up to 150 m² usually get by with one cleaning a week. For mid-size spaces of 150 to 500 m², or offices with frequent client visits, 2–3 cleanings a week are the proven standard. We clean large spaces of 500 m² or more, or those with heavy visitor traffic, every business day (5×/week). We’ll go over the exact recommendation with you during the site visit.
We strictly follow the HACCP-compliant four-color system: red cleaning cloths are used only for toilets and urinals, yellow for the rest of the restroom, blue for furniture and desks, and green for kitchens and break rooms. This rules out cross-contamination.
