Up to 150 m², our standard base price applies; above that, the rate rises in steps with floor area. No hidden extras, no arbitrary hourly billing.
The fixed rate covers everything: pay above the collectively agreed wage (Tariflohn) and social security contributions for your dedicated team, eco-friendly cleaning concentrates from Dr. Schnell, professional equipment from Numatic and Unger, travel, cover for vacation or sick leave, and business liability insurance up to €5 million.
Our pricing is based on a calculated hourly rate of at least €33 net per hour, in line with the collective agreement. We deliberately avoid cut-rate pricing at our staff’s expense: fair wages and hardly any staff turnover keep quality and reliability in your offices consistent over the long term.
