For 250 m² cleaned twice a week, the fixed monthly rate is €580.06 net — including cleaning products, equipment, travel, vacation cover, and liability insurance.

The monthly price does not include, among other things, consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) or additional services such as exterior window cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet deep cleaning, and special surfaces. For these additional services, you’ll receive a non-binding quote within 24 hours; the binding fixed price is set after the site visit.
