Ruiz Büroreinigung Hamburg is an owner-managed family business based at Carl-Petersen-Straße 92b, 20535 Hamburg. Since 2019, we have specialized in professional office and janitorial cleaning in Hamburg, and we serve more than 30 clients at over 50 sites — with more than 20 permanent employees and no subcontractors.

Founded in Hamburg in 2019, the company has provided professional commercial cleaning for more than 6 years. We are listed in the register of trades that require no master craftsman license (Verzeichnis der zulassungsfreien Handwerke) kept by the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer Hamburg).

We are a member of the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts (listed in its register of trades that require no master craftsman license) and of BG BAU (Berufsgenossenschaft der Bauwirtschaft, the statutory accident insurance institution for the construction and cleaning trades). We also carry business liability insurance with €5 million in coverage.

We primarily clean offices, law firms, tax advisory firms, agencies, IT companies, and coworking spaces all across Hamburg — from HafenCity and Rotherbaum to Altona and Hammerbrook. Our clients also include family offices, foundations, and selected commercial properties.

No. We work exclusively with our own permanent employees, covered by the framework collective agreement for the cleaning trade. That ensures quality, clear accountability, and fair pay.

We currently employ more than 20 permanent cleaners and site managers. All of them have full social insurance coverage, are trained, and wear Ruiz uniforms — we never use subcontractors or short-term temps.

Cover usually comes from our own team. If a cleaner is out sick or on vacation, other permanent employees from our team of more than 20 step in — no outside companies, no subcontractors. As a rule, your cleaning appointments go ahead as scheduled, and everyone who comes to your office is still a Ruiz employee.

Every cleaner is a permanent employee, has been vetted with a police clearance, and — in addition to their employment contract — has signed an in-house confidentiality agreement (NDA). On request, every employee with access to your site also signs your own NDA. Keys change hands only against a signed handover record, and every site has a dedicated team with a single point of contact.

Our standard cleaning contracts can be canceled monthly — no long lock-in periods. We don’t hold on to you with fine print; we earn your business with quality, month after month.
