No. Our cleaning contract is open-ended and has no minimum term — not 12 months, not 24. You can cancel in the first month just as easily as in the fiftieth. That also rules out any renewal clause: there’s no fixed term that could quietly roll over for another year.

Under Section 7 of our cleaning contract, either party can terminate without cause; notice given by the 15th of any month takes effect at the end of that month. Notice must be in text form: an email to info@bueroreinigung-ruiz.de is enough, and no registered letter is needed. The deadline is based on when the other party receives the notice, not the date it went out. You don’t have to give a reason.

About six weeks. If your notice reaches us by the 15th of a month, the contract ends at the end of that same month. If you give notice on the 16th, it ends at the end of the following month. That’s exactly the statutory default for service contracts paid monthly under § 621 No. 3 BGB — we don’t extend it through our terms and conditions.

Yes — and that’s actually the more common case. Whether your team grows, you rent another floor, you switch to desk sharing, or you move into a smaller space, we adjust the area and frequency at the start of the next month. No cancellation, no addendum with a new term, and no new contract — a phone call or an email is all it takes.

No. Our monthly rate is based solely on floor area and cleaning frequency, not on contract length. We don’t offer long-term discounts, so there’s nothing to lose by keeping the option to cancel monthly. Pricing starts at €361.96 net per month for up to 150 m² cleaned once a week; you’ll find the amounts for larger spaces and higher frequencies in the pricing overview on this page. Supplies, travel, cover for absences, and business liability insurance up to €5 million are included.

No. There’s no cancellation or processing fee, no clawback of discounts, and no charge for returning keys or collecting equipment. You pay the agreed rate for the final month of the contract, and nothing after that. Once the cancellation takes effect, we collect our equipment from your premises within five business days, and you get your keys back against a signed handover record.

Then we provide an equally qualified replacement — at our expense under the contract, not yours. Cover usually comes from within our own team, from people who already know your site; we don’t send a last-minute outside contractor into your offices.
